Owner of Tavern Who also Has A Prison Where She Locks Up Men Who Get Drunk & Misbehave
Authorities were alerted after community members reported missing relatives who were last seen at the tavern. Upon arrival at the woman’s premises, police say they discovered 36 men who had allegedly been detained for various reasons, including drinking on credit, failing to pay their tabs, and being involved in fights after consuming alcohol.
Police spokespersons indicate that the woman justified her actions by claiming she was maintaining order and protecting women from abuse. It is alleged that she frequently “arrested” men who became violent—particularly towards women—when intoxicated. These individuals were locked up until they regained sobriety or apologised, according to witness statements.
