The family is reportedly seeking answers over the death of Neo (10), this comes after Promise Magakwe, Neo’s mother, received a call saying they were coming to pick her up from work regarding something that was going on at her child’s school. She did indeed pick her up from work and was rushed to the school, only to find her son lying face down on the floor. She asked what happened to the child and who her child was playing with, but she got no answer.
The child’s mother says she can’t even describe how she feels, “I’m still wondering how the pole fell on my child. Who was he playing with?” She continues A spokesperson for the Gauteng Department of Student Affairs says the student was hit in the head and chest by a pole, but promised to investigate the student’s death.
